The Legal Domain submenu items select for display those documents which relate to the chosen legal domain (or parliamentary jurisdiction).

For example, selecting "Commonwealth of Australia" displays documents relating to Australian federal matters.  Selecting "New South Wales" displays documents covering issues which are the responsibility of the New South Wales parliament - and similarly for other states and territories.

Selecting "General" displays documents dealing with matters more generally.  Selecting "Foreign" displays documents related to issues in countries other than Australia.
